| No, you must select from one (1) of the six (6) Home Designs offered to be built on the RBL that you have reserved. RBL and Home are purchased at the same time. |
Do any of the six (6) Home Plans offer an optional basement?Yes, four (4) of the six (6) Home Plans do offer the option to add a basement. These four (4) are: The Crabtree, The Pikeview, The Richfield, The Zeller. However, optional basement will only be available in Phase II of the development.
What would be the cost of adding a basement to one of these four (4) home designs?The cost would vary depending on the individual(s) wants and needs in a basement.
When could we begin taking advantage of all Healy Point Country Club has to offer?Upon completion of a Lot Reservation Agreement form and deposit received, you shall be entitled to a temporary full membership. After the closing on the house, you shall then become a permanent full member of Healy Point Country Club.
What is the deposit on a lot?The minimum earnest deposit on a Residential Building Lot is $2,500.00.
When will the model be open?Model home, The Zeller, is scheduled to be completed by Thanksgiving 2004!
What are the prices of the homes?Opening prices begin in the low $230's and are purchased as fee simple ownership. Please call the sales office for more information on home prices.
Is Healy Plantation a gated community?Yes! Healy Plantation offers two layers of gated security. Main entrance into the River North community is complete with 24 hour manned security. Then, the entrance into Healy Plantation will be secured with a remote controlled gate accessable by Healy Plantation residents only!
What are the developers plans and will other amenities be offered?The developers anticipate building 200 to 220 homes in a 2 phase process. Phase 1 will be underway in the summer of 2004 and will consist of 82 home sites of which include wooded, lake front and golf course front building lots. Consideration for a lap pool to be added in Phase 2.
Will there be a homeowners association?During the construction and building process, developers will serve as the homeowners association. Once completed, the Healy Plantation homeowners association will then be turned over to its residents' and a Board of Governors will then be appointed.
