September - Clearing Complete & Grading Begins!Clearing for the Healy Plantation development is complete and the Grading process is currently underway! Construction operators are working from dawn 'til dusk 7 days a week in hopes to allow for building construction to begin on its target date of October 1st, 2004. Should weather permit, this target date for building construction will be right on schedule! Road paving for Lakeview Drive to begin the second week of September 2004!

Some exciting news regarding our newest amenity, Healy Preserve: Construction for The Sportsmen's Lodge is currently underway and is scheduled to be complete by October 1st, 2004! It is on this date that the 5-Stand Shooting Facility will be open and operating. Our very first Pheasant Hunt is scheduled for October 23rd and participation for members is by reservation only!
